Bryant Crawford is just a sophomore in high school, but the college interest is picking up.
A standout at Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga, Crawford already holds scholarship offers from Connecticut, SMU, Georgetown, Seton Hall and Indiana. Virginia, Virginia Tech and Maryland are also involved.
“It’s going well,” Crawford said of his recruitment. “I’m getting a lot of looks, interest, coaches and schools. I’m looking forward to start taking more visits in the summer I guess.”
Crawford has unofficially visited Indiana and Penn State so far.
“Indiana went well,” he said of the trip. “I went for Hoosier Hysteria. I thought that was real fun. The gym was packed and there was a lot of noise.”
“Penn State’s foot ball game was really packed,” he added. “I liked their noise too and their fan support.”
At this point, Crawford doesn't have any other visits set up.
Crawford, a four-star recruit, is currently ranked as the No. 3 lead guard and the No. 20 overall prospect in the 2015 recruiting class.
