Syracuse and Kentucky each have one commitment in the 2014 class, but it's good enough to rank them No. 1 and No. 2 overall in the updated 2014 class rankings.

Evan Daniels' Class Notes:
Syracuse class: The Orangemen only have one commit, but it's a big one. McCullough is an elite athlete that runs the floor well. He gives 'Cuse an elite prospect in the 2014 class.

Evan Daniels' Class Notes:
Kentucky class: Towns opted to reclassify from the 2015 class to 2014. He immediately made his way into the '14 top 10. He's skilled, shoots the ball well and spent the summer playing with the Dominican Republic National Team.

Louisville class: Rick Pitino has put a premium on shooting. He added three guys in 2013 that can shoot and has two more headed his way in 2014.

Ohio State class: Bates-Diop and Tate are two forwards that can help OSU from the jump. Bates-Diop is big and skilled, while Tate impresses with his effort.

Wake Forest class: Wake Forest has a top 50 commit in Shelton. The North Carolina native always has good command of his team and plays with a nice pace.
