The Orange headed out to the west coast once again, and ended their match just as they did to start this season, with a win. More inside as Syracuse moves on.

Syracuse scored early, and kept their foot on the gas.

Junior forward C.J. Fair attained the first six points of the game for the Syracuse Orange.

At the 8:09 mark in the first half, Fair had as many points as the entire Montana Grizzlies' squad, with 11.

With senior guard Brandon Triche accumulating the final eight points for Syracuse before the break, the Orange got out to a 38-15 lead at halftime.

Both Triche and Fair had risen to double-digits at the break, Triche with 12 and Fair with 11.

Syracuse switched into a higher gear than even the first half within the final 20 minutes to elevate their 20-plus point lead to 30-plus and then above 40 points.

With 1:30 to play, freshman center DaJuan Coleman gave the Orange a 50-point lead. He finished in double-digits with 12.

Syracuse wins 81-34, with the bench being cleared.

Triche led all Orange with 20. Fair followed with 13.
