Syracuse Heading North Publisher
Posted Jun 20, 2013

With a squad made up of a mix of returning veterans and newcomers, Syracuse looks to build team chemistry early on. More inside.

Along with the European trip the Syracuse Orange will be taking sans Michael Carter-Williams, Brandon Triche, and James Southerland and including five newcomers, they will also be visiting the United States' neighbors of the north.

As the football team practices toward the opening of their first season in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), the Orange men's basketball squad will be working on team unification, gaining experience together while facing universities in Canada.

With high expectations as a true freshman, point guard Tyler Ennis, a Brampton, Ontario, native, returns to Canada after his competition in the U19 World Championships as a member of the Orange.
