As Dion Waiters gets ready to get back in action he is looking forward to playing in the Dome

It seems like forever ago that Dion Waiters committed to the Orange as a high school sophomore. Since committing to the Orange, Waiters has transfered from South Kent Prep to Life Center Academy in Burlington, New Jersey. However, Waiters has been out the last month due to a high ankle sprain. He is due to return to action in the next week or so.

On the year Waiters is averaging 16.8 ppg and 5.5 assists a game. Over the summer Waiters participated in an all-star game at the famous Rucker Park in New York City. Waiters called the experience "Great, there is nothing like it in the world it was a once in a lifetime experience." In that game Waiters showcased his phenominal ball handling abilities and his ability to get into the lane.

Waiters is still 100% committed to his verbal to Syracuse and is keeping close tabs on his future teammates. Waiters said " I cannot wait to play in the Dome. There is no place like it in the world for college basketball. I'm just very excited to get up there."
