Fox Chapel came out of the gates blazing at the beginning of the season and has since gone into a tailspin. Penn Hills has done the opposite, so would that trend continue? It did and Penn Hills ran away with last night's game 48-7. Here is a breakdown of the D-I prospects we scouted.
